Return Policy
Returning Merchandise
• Most of the items in our catalog also have an exchange or repair warranty. The warranty period for products varies and may be subject to change. If you have questions about the warranty on an item please contact PBX-Supply or the manufacturer.
RMA
• Please contact us at our contact page to request a return merchandise authorization number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all refunds and exchanges.
• Please note: Returns without a RMA number will be rejected.
Dead on Arrival
• Any product that is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 15 days from the date of purchase will automatically be eligible for an RMA.
Damaged Products
• If the Customer receives damaged products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify PBX-Supply immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify PBX-Supply Customer Relations, via the contact page or phone number,of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for PBX-Supply to file a damage claim.
Within 30 Days
• Any product under $100 returned within 30 days from the date of purchase will automatically be eligible for an RMA.
Within 1 Year
• If the product manufacturer is Linksys and the product is under $100, the product will automatically be eligible for an RMA.
• If the product manufacturer is Polycom and the product is under $200, the product will automatically be eligible for an RMA.
• For all manufacturers other than Linksys or Polycom, after 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product is found to be defective, we will only issue RMA for replacement if the product is still within the manufacturers warranty period.
• For all manufacturers other than Linksys or Polycom, after 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product is not defective, a 20% re-stocking fee may be charged and a store credit or refund MAY be given at PBX-Supply’s sole discretion.
• The following are NOT eligible for return unless defective from the factory; Servers and gateways (digital or analog). If the product is returned and is not determined not defective, it will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
In order to qualify for a PBX-Supply’s Return Policy the following conditions must be met:
• Product MUST be returned in the original manufacturers packaging/box including, but not limited to, the product, all manuals, cables, CD’s, and components.
• Product MUST be double boxed with an RMA number clearly written on the box. THE OUTER BOX - DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Any returns that do not meet the conditions above will either be refused / returned or be subject to a restocking fee at PBX-Supply’s sole discretion.
